When do you need a precision gel pen?
A precision gel pen such as this PILOT G-TEC is used when you need to draw extremely accurate lines or write very small text. This pen is ideal for technical drawings, detailed work, small-lettered annotations, or whenever you need to fit a lot of information into limited space.

Why choose the 0.2 mm line width?
The 0.2 mm line width produces one of the finest lines you can make with a gel pen. This size gives you maximum control over your writing and ensures that you can write clearly and legibly even in tight spaces. It offers the perfect balance between precision and sufficient visibility of your text.

The advantage of gel technology for fine writing
Gel ink flows more evenly than ordinary ballpoint ink, which is especially crucial with thin lines. You get a constant ink flow without interruptions or blotches, even with the finest details. The gel dries quickly, so there is less risk of smudging during precision work.

Practical tip for optimal use
Hold the pen slightly more upright than usual and apply light pressure for the best results. The violet colour stands out well from standard black or blue, which is handy for corrections or when you want to mark different stages in your work. Store the pen horizontally to keep the gel ink in optimal condition.
