What does this gel pen do and when do you need it?
The PILOT G2 gel pen is a retractable gel ink pen suitable for everyday writing at the office, at school or at home. The retractable mechanism means you can use the pen straight away without removing a cap, which is handy when writing frequently or taking notes during meetings.

Why choose the 0.7 mm variant?
The 0.7 mm tip produces a line width of 0.32 mm, which offers a good middle ground between legibility and precision. This thickness is ideal for general writing where you want clear letters without the ink spreading too thickly on paper.

The retractable mechanism as a practical feature
The retractable mechanism means you can activate the pen with a single hand movement by pressing the button. This is more efficient than removing and replacing a cap, especially when you regularly switch between writing and other tasks. The metallic silver finish gives the pen a professional appearance.

Practical tip for optimal use
Store the pen horizontally so the gel ink remains evenly distributed and the tip does not dry out. Thanks to the retractable mechanism, you need not worry about losing a loose cap. Be sure to retract the tip after use to prevent it from drying out.
