What does a rollerball pen do and when do you need one?
A rollerball pen combines the convenience of a ballpoint pen with the smooth writing experience of a fountain pen. You use this pen for everyday writing where comfort and precision matter, such as taking notes, signing documents or filling in forms.

Why choose the 0.4 mm line width?
The 0.4 mm tip produces a fine, sharp line that is ideal for detailed writing and small lettering. This width gives you enough control for accurate text without the line becoming too thin for everyday use. It is the perfect balance between precision and legibility.

Advantage of the visible ink level
This PILOT rollerball pen has a transparent barrel, so you can see exactly how much ink is left. This prevents unpleasant surprises during important tasks and allows you to arrange a new pen in good time. You always know where you stand and can continue writing without interruption.

Practical tip for optimal use
Store the pen horizontally or with the tip pointing downwards to ensure the best ink flow. The green colour of the barrel makes the pen easy to spot in a pen holder or case. For the best writing results, use the pen on smooth paper, where the rollerball tip can glide optimally across the surface.
