When do you need a refill for your ballpoint pen?

This PILOT refill is designed to replace empty cartridges in specific PILOT ballpoint pens. You need this refill when your ballpoint pen no longer writes, but the mechanism still works perfectly. Instead of buying a new pen, you simply replace the refill and you can write for months again.

Which PILOT pens is this refill suitable for?

This refill fits only the PILOT ACROBALL (BPAB-12M-B), ACROBALL METALLIC (BPAB-25M-R) and ACRO 1000 ballpoint pens. It is essential that you check whether your pen is one of these models, as refills are not universal. Each pen manufacturer uses its own dimensions and fittings.

What does document-safe writing mean?

The ink in this refill is document-safe, which means your signature or notes cannot fade or be erased by normal everyday influences such as light or moisture. This makes the refill ideal for signing contracts, completing official forms or making important notes that need to be kept permanently.

Practical tip for replacing

Check the exact model of your PILOT ballpoint pen before purchasing. The model numbers are usually printed on the pen itself or on the original packaging. With a line width of 0.28 mm, you write relatively finely, which is handy for detailed notes or when you have limited space. Store refills at room temperature for optimal writing performance.
