What does a rollerball pen do and when do you need one?
A rollerball pen combines the writing ease of a ballpoint pen with the smooth ink flow of a fountain pen. You choose a rollerball when you need to write a lot and comfort matters, for example when taking notes, filling in forms or doing daily office work. The smooth ink means less pressure on your hand during extended writing.

Why choose the 0.3 mm line width?
With a line width of 0.3 mm you write very finely and precisely. This width is ideal when you need to write a lot of text in limited space, such as in diaries, planners or forms with small boxes. For detailed work where precision matters, this fine line gives you the control you need.

Advantage of the metal tip
The metal tip of this PILOT rollerball pen ensures durability and retains tip precision. Unlike plastic tips, a metal tip wears down less quickly, so you enjoy the consistent 0.3 mm line width for longer. The metal construction also offers more stability while writing, which contributes to an even ink flow.

Practical considerations when using
Please note that this pen is not refillable. Rollerball pens are more prone to drying out than ordinary ballpoint pens, so always replace the cap after use. Due to the fine 0.3 mm size, this pen is less suitable for quick notes where bold, legible lines are desired.
