When do you need a gel refill?
You replace a gel refill when your current pen no longer writes or the ink runs out. Gel pens are popular for precision writing because they write smoothly without pressing hard. You need this specific PILOT refill if you use one of the compatible PILOT gel pens.

Why choose a 0.25 mm line width?
The 0.25 mm line width produces a very fine writing line, ideal for detailed work such as taking notes in small spaces or filling in forms. This thin line gives you more control over your handwriting and ensures your text looks neat and professional.

What makes green a practical colour choice?
Green ink stands out without being garish, which makes it suitable for corrections, highlighting or categorising information. Unlike red ink, green feels less aggressive, while still clearly distinguishing itself from black or blue text.

Checking compatibility before use
This BLS-G1 refill fits specifically into PILOT gel pen models such as the G-1 Klassik BL-G1-5, G1-5 GRIP Klassik BLGP-G1-5 and G3-5 GRIP BL-G3-5. Check the model number of your pen before ordering; it is usually printed on the pen itself. Incorrect refills will not fit or may damage your pen.
