Protect your confidential documents with these smart covers featuring a camouflage pattern. The contents remain unreadable to prying eyes, perfect for sensitive paperwork in the office.
When do you choose this product?
What do privacy protective sleeves do?
Privacy protective sleeves are transparent document protectors with a special camouflage pattern that makes the contents difficult to read for bystanders. You use them when you want to protect documents from prying eyes during transport, storage or presentations. The camouflage pattern on both the front and back ensures that text and figures are not clearly visible.
Why choose this A4 format?
This A4 format is ideal for standard documents such as contracts, personnel files, medical reports or financial papers. The sleeves are open on the side and at the top, so you can easily slide documents in and retrieve them quickly. This set of 5 pieces provides enough stock for regular use without having to order new sleeves straight away.
How does the camouflage pattern work?
The blue camouflage pattern on both sides of the PP film makes the document contents hard for others to read. This offers effective privacy protection without completely hiding the documents: you can still see that a document is inside, but the details remain unreadable. The PP film also protects against dirt and moisture.
Practical usage tip
These sleeves are perfect for use in open-plan offices, during meetings or when transporting confidential documents. Thanks to the open sides and top, you can swap documents quickly without damaging the sleeve. Store the sleeves flat to prevent creasing, and make sure documents do not protrude above the edge for optimal privacy protection.
