When do you need square envelopes?
Square envelopes measuring 140×140 mm are ideal for special occasions when standard rectangular envelopes feel too ordinary. This size is perfect for invitations, congratulations, thank-you cards or other personal correspondence where you want to create an elegant, eye-catching presentation.

Why this compact square format?
The 140×140 mm format offers enough room for standard cards and smaller documents, while remaining easy to handle for posting. This size falls within PostNL's standard rates, giving you the benefits of a distinctive look without any extra postage costs.

Sturdy paper for a professional finish
These envelopes are made from 120 g/m² paper, which ensures a firm quality that won't tear easily while filling or sending. The pH-neutral, acid-free paper guarantees that your documents won't suffer discolouration or damage, even during long-term storage.

Versatile to print and use
You can print on these envelopes with both inkjet and laser printers, giving you complete freedom in personalising them. The envelopes are self-adhesive and have no window, meaning you can use them for confidential post where the contents remain fully concealed. With 20 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for multiple projects.
