What does a POSCA pigment marker do?
POSCA pigment markers are specially developed markers that use pigment ink instead of regular ink. You use these markers when you want to mark, draw or write permanently on various materials and the result must remain visible for a long time. The pigment ink provides opaque, vibrant colours that do not fade.

Why choose the 0.7–1.0 mm variant?
With a line width of 0.7 to 1.0 mm, you get a versatile line thickness suitable for both detailed work and slightly thicker accents. This medium tip shape gives you control over fine lines, but you can also make broader strokes by adjusting the pressure and angle. It is a practical choice for general use.

Waterproof and lightfast properties
The main strength of this POSCA lies in the durability of the marking. The marker is waterproof, meaning your drawings and markings will not wash away on contact with moisture. In addition, the pigment ink offers light, water and UV-radiation resistance, so colours do not fade when exposed to sunlight or weather conditions.

Practical benefits in use
The marker is odourless, which is pleasant for prolonged use indoors or in office spaces. The bright orange colour stands out well against most backgrounds, which is useful for markings that need to catch the eye. Thanks to the pigment formulation, you work with an opaque ink that remains clearly visible even on dark surfaces.
