What is a pigment marker and when do you need one?
Pigment markers are versatile writing tools that make opaque, covering lines on almost any surface. You use them for creative projects, calligraphy, decorating objects or creating eye-catching lettering and illustrations where ordinary markers fall short.

Why choose the flexible brush tip?
This POSCA marker has a semi-flexible foam tip that resembles a brush, allowing you to make both fine lines of 1.0 mm and broader strokes up to 4 mm. By varying the pressure you apply, you can achieve different line widths with a single marker, which is ideal for calligraphy and artistic applications.

Durable water-based ink
The pigment ink is resistant to light, water and UV radiation, which means your artwork and lettering won't fade or discolour due to sunlight or moisture. This quality makes the marker suitable for both indoor and outdoor projects that need to stay beautiful for a long time.

Practical tip for optimal use
Store the marker horizontally to keep the foam tip in good condition, and shake it before use to mix the pigments thoroughly. Always test first on a small piece of your material, because although the ink is water-based, it bonds permanently to porous surfaces such as paper and wood.
