What is a pigment marker and when do you need one?
A pigment marker such as the POSCA provides opaque, non-transparent strokes that stay permanent on virtually all surfaces. You use this marker when you want your drawings, decorations or markings to remain clearly visible, even on dark or coloured surfaces. The pigment ink dries quickly and gives a matt, professional finish.

Why choose the 4.5-5.5 mm round tip?
This POSCA has a round tip with a line width of 4.5 to 5.5 mm, which is ideal for medium-sized drawings and eye-catching text. The round tip gives you more control than a broad felt-tip pen, yet still covers enough surface for decorative applications. You can use it for both details and filling in larger areas without it taking too long.

White pigment for maximum coverage
The white colour of this POSCA marker is particularly practical because white stands out on almost any background. White pigment ink also covers dark surfaces completely, unlike ordinary markers where the background colour shows through. This makes the marker suitable for projects on coloured paper, card, wood or even metal.

Compatibility and use
This POSCA works on porous and non-porous materials such as paper, card, glass, metal, plastic and textiles. Shake the marker well before use and press the tip down a few times to get the ink flowing. Store the marker horizontally with the cap on to prevent it from drying out and to keep the tip in optimal condition.
