When do you need a waterproof pigment marker?
A pigment marker such as the POSCA PC1MR is used when you want permanent markings that are resistant to moisture and light. This type of marker is ideal for marking materials used outdoors, creating permanent labels, or creative projects where the colours need to stay vibrant for a long time.

Why choose the 0.7 mm variant?
The 0.7 mm line width gives you the perfect balance between precision and visibility. You can use it to draw fine details as well as write clearly legible text. This thickness is versatile enough for technical drawings, hand lettering and decorative applications.

What do waterproof and lightfast mean?
This POSCA marker is water-, light- and UV-resistant thanks to its special pigment ink. This means your markings won't fade in sunlight and won't wash away in rain or when cleaned. The odourless formula makes it pleasant to work with, even indoors for extended periods.

Practical tip for optimal use
Mind the calibrated tip – this keeps the line width consistent during use. For the best results, store the marker upright and close the cap firmly after use. Always test first on a small piece of the material to check whether the peach colour works well on your surface.
