When do you need a four-hole punch?
A four-hole punch is used when you want to file documents in four-ring binders. This system offers more stability than the standard two-hole punch and prevents pages from tearing or coming loose. You mainly need this punch in offices where many documents must be stored for long periods.

Fully metal construction for durability
This RAPESCO punch has both the housing and all wear-prone parts made entirely of metal. The hardened punch dies stay sharp longer than plastic variants, so you get consistent results for years. The metal frame provides stability while punching and can withstand intensive use.

Handy features for everyday use
The adjustable paper guide rail helps you position documents exactly straight for a neat punch. The name plate window lets you label the device, which is handy in shared workspaces. The lockable lever prevents accidental use, and the rubber flap catches the paper clippings. This punch is specifically optimised for use with ring binders.
