When do you choose this product?
When do you need an electric stapler?
An electric stapler such as the Rapid 20EX is ideal when you regularly need to staple large numbers of documents and manual stapling becomes too heavy or time-consuming. This machine takes the work out of your hands and delivers consistently even results with every stapling session.
Why this 20-sheet capacity?
With a stapling capacity of 20 sheets of paper, you cover most office needs without falling into the category of heavy industrial machines. The 10 mm insertion depth means you can staple documents up to this thickness from the edge, which provides enough room for standard reports and files.
Reliable mechanism in a practical design
The device combines a plastic housing with a metal internal mechanism, ensuring durability where it counts without unnecessary weight. The spring-loaded staple compartment makes it easy to refill staples - the compartment automatically pops open when you open the machine.
Compatibility and power supply
This stapler works with standard 24/6 and 26/6 staples, which you can get anywhere. The supplied power adapter has a Euro plug, so you can get started straight away. Be sure to always use the correct staple size: 24/6 for thinner paper, 26/6 for thicker stacks up to the maximum of 20 sheets.
