What is a numbering stamp?
A numbering stamp is used to number documents automatically. This is essential when archiving contracts, invoices or other important papers where you want to apply a unique sequence of numbers. The stamp ensures that each document receives a consecutive number without you having to keep track manually of where you left off.

Why choose 6-digit numbering?
With 6 digit wheels you can number from 000001 to 999999, which is sufficient for most administrative processes. This extended number range is practical for businesses that process large volumes of documents. The digit height of 5.5 mm ensures the numbers are clearly legible on standard A4 documents.

Automatic advancing saves time
The special feature of this stamp is the automatic wheel advance of the last 5 digits from the right. This means that the last five digits advance automatically each time you stamp, while the first digit remains manually adjustable. You can choose from several advance settings: 0x (no advance), 1–6x (every stroke up to 6 times), 12x or 20x advance steps.

Metal construction for intensive use
The metal, high-gloss chrome-plated housing with cast wheels makes this stamp suitable for daily office use. The dimensions of 45 x 45 x 155 mm make it compact enough to sit on your desk. The stamp is supplied with a black ink pad, so you can get started straight away.
