What are document sleeves and when do you need them?
Document sleeves protect important papers against dirt, moisture and wear while you regularly view or present them. You use them for documents that you often handle but still want to keep neat, such as manuals, procedures, reference cards or presentation material.

Why choose this A4 format with thumb notch?
The A4 format suits standard documents, and the thumb notch on the side makes it easy to pick up your papers without damaging the sleeve. The opening at the top and side lets you slide documents in and out smoothly whenever needed.

Transparent PP film
The polypropylene material is durable and chemically resistant, so your documents stay protected for the long term. The transparent finish keeps text and images clearly visible without having to open the sleeve.

Practical tip for use and storage
With 50 sleeves in one pack, you have enough stock for an entire department or project. Store the sleeves in a dry place to prevent static build-up. For the best presentation, you can use these sleeves in ring binders, hanging files or simply loose on your desk.
