What does this reservation book do, and when do you need it?

A reservation book is useful when you want to keep track of appointments, bookings or occupancy on paper, without depending on digital systems. The rido idé Buchkal Reservi is set up as a day planner for 2027, with each day given its own page. That makes it suitable for situations where you need plenty of space per day to record multiple reservations or visitors, such as in a practice, salon, meeting room or hospitality venue.

Why A4 format is the right choice here

With a page size of 210 x 297 mm, this book offers considerably more writing space per day than smaller diaries. If you record several time slots, names or notes per reservation each day, you avoid overcrowded pages. The total of 400 pages matches a full year's schedule with one day per page.

An honest look at the materials

The paper weighs 90 g/m² and is chlorine-free bleached, which means it is sturdier than standard copier paper and less likely to show through. The print is in black and red, which helps you visually distinguish sections of the daily layout. The Balacron cover and the thread-sewn spine mean the book can withstand long-term daily use without pages coming loose.

Practical tip for use

This book is specifically compiled for the year 2027 and contains a pre-printed calendar, so before purchasing, check that 2027 matches your planning horizon. The corner perforation and the ribbon marker make it quicker to find the right day, which is a clear advantage at a busy counter or reception desk.
