What does this product do, and when do you need it?

This is a calendar insert for a refillable diary, intended for the year 2027. You use this product when your current insert has run out and you want to keep your existing diary cover instead of buying an entirely new diary. That way, you only need to replace the inner pages.

Why this format and layout?

The insert has a page size of 148 x 210 mm, which corresponds to A5 format. The layout shows one week spread over two pages, giving you enough space each day for appointments and notes without the pages becoming cluttered. This weekly overview is useful if you plan your diary by the week and want to see quickly what is scheduled on the days around an appointment.

An honest note on the layout

The pages are printed in black and bordeaux red, which gives a clear visual distinction between the different parts of the calendar. The insert is set in four languages – German, English, French and Italian – which can be practical if you work internationally or collaborate regularly with overseas colleagues. Please note that the day texts are shown in those four languages, not in Dutch.

Practical tip: checking compatibility

This insert has been specifically designed for the rido idé Terminplaner 'Timing 1'. Before purchasing, check that your diary cover is this model, as the universal perforation fits the ring mechanism of that specific system. If you use a different diary cover from rido idé or another brand, there is a chance that the perforation or format will not match.
