When do you choose this product?
When do you need a floor protection mat?
A floor protection mat protects your carpeted floor from wear caused by office chair castors and prevents your chair from sinking into the floor covering. This transparent mat allows you to move smoothly at your workstation without damaging the carpet.
Why choose this particular size?
With dimensions of 153×117 cm, this mat provides enough space for a standard desk setup. The rectangular shape with rounded corners fits well under most desks and prevents you from tripping over sharp edges. The transparent design keeps the original look of your carpet visible.
What makes this mat suitable for carpet?
The underside is fitted with studs specifically designed to grip carpeted floors. These studs prevent the mat from sliding during use. The top surface has a lightly textured finish that provides a stable base for your office chair, while the polyester material is break-resistant.
Practical considerations when in use
Note the thickness of 2.3 mm when placing the mat under your desk - check that your desk drawer can still move freely. The mat is most effective on carpets with a normal pile height. For the best results, position the mat so that your office chair stays fully within its boundaries during normal use.
