What does a presentation folder with sleeves do?
This presentation folder gives you a professional way to organise and present documents. Thanks to the unique Rillstab mechanism, the 20 sleeves stay firmly in place, as the rods slide into the profiles. You use this type of folder when you want to display documents without taking them out of the sleeves, ideal for presentations, portfolios or important files.

Why choose 20 A4 sleeves?
With 20 sleeves you have enough room for a complete presentation or file without the folder becoming too thick. The A4 format fits standard document sizes perfectly, and the black finish looks professional in business settings. This capacity is ideal for project documentation, quotations or presentation material that you show regularly.

Transparent 50 micron PP sleeves
The sleeves are made of polypropylene (PP) with a thickness of 50 micron, which strikes a good balance between flexibility and sturdiness. The crystal-clear transparency means your documents remain perfectly visible, without reflection or haze. The sleeves are document-safe, so they won't damage your papers or cause discolouration over time.

Practical tip for use
The Rillstab mechanism works best when you fill the sleeves evenly. Thanks to the einsteckfach (insert pocket), you can personalise the folder with a cover sheet or index. Don't fill all the sleeves at once; build up the contents gradually so the mechanism isn't overloaded and keeps working smoothly.
