These comprehensive rental contracts save you a lot of time when drawing up tenancy agreements. With 50 copies you have ample stock, and the enclosed residential accommodation declaration completes the set.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a standardised rental contract?
When letting properties, you need legally watertight contracts that record all the important agreements. This form provides a complete basis for tenancy agreements and ensures that you cover all essential points in accordance with German legislation.
Why choose this comprehensive 8-page version?
This folded variant covers all aspects of a tenancy agreement in detail. The 8 pages offer sufficient space for specific conditions, house rules and special agreements that are often missing from standard short contracts.
Includes Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung for complete processing
The form contains an integrated Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung, the official document that landlords in Germany must provide for address registration. You therefore don't need to arrange a separate form and can handle the entire contract process in one go.
Practical stock for landlords
With 50 sheets per pack, you have enough forms for several letting arrangements. The A4 format fits standard ring binders and archive folders, keeping your contract administration well organised. Store unused forms flat and dry to prevent creasing.
