When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This folder contains pre-printed forms for drafting a handwritten will and accompanying powers of attorney for the event of death. You use this product when you want to record your last wishes on paper and ensure that your next of kin know what needs to happen. The folder also includes extensive guidance with helpful sample sentences to assist you in your wording.
Why choose this version?
This burgundy folder with gold foil print offers a dignified and respectful appearance for such an important document. The 285 g/m² fine board provides strength and durability, while the fold-out construction keeps all documents neatly together. You get everything needed for one person in one clearly organised folder.
What exactly is in the folder?
The set contains a writing sheet specifically for the handwritten will, instructions for next of kin on what needs to be done after death, and a power of attorney for the period following death. All forms are pre-printed so you know which information goes where. The extensive guidance with wording examples helps you draft the documents correctly.
Practical tip for use
A handwritten will must be written entirely by hand to be legally valid - no typed or printed sections. Keep the completed folder in a safe but easily findable place, and let your next of kin know where it is. Consider leaving a copy with a notary or a trusted person.
