What does this product do?

This festive bow is specially designed to finish off a school cone – the traditional Dutch schoolpunt bag. You attach the bow to the top of the cone for a neat and festive result on the first school day. It is a decorative accessory that completes the school cone.

When is this the right choice?

Choose this bow if you want to decorate a school cone in a pink and lilac colour combination, matching the 'Sweet Harmony' theme. With a width of approx. 230 mm and a height of approx. 500 mm, the bow is generously sized and stands out well. These dimensions make it suitable for standard school cones where a striking topper is desired.

An honest word about the material

The bow is made from 85% polyester and 15% acrylic. This means the material is lightweight and holds its shape well, which is handy if you want to prepare the school cone early and store it for a while. Please bear in mind that it is a synthetic material, which generally means the bow is less prone to creasing than a cotton or silk version.

Practical tip for use

The bow is supplied pre-tied – so already finished – and is packed in a blister. You do not need to tie it yourself, which makes decorating a lot easier. Check the circumference of the top of your school cone beforehand to make sure the bow, approx. 230 mm wide, fits well and can be attached securely.
