When should you choose a mechanical pencil?
A mechanical pencil is indispensable when you draw, sketch or make technical drawings a lot and precision matters. Unlike ordinary pencils, you never need to sharpen it and you always have a constant line width. This makes it ideal for architects, designers, students and anyone who works professionally with drawings.

Why mechanical pencils in different line widths?
Mechanical pencils are available in different line widths. This rotring Tikky is supplied as a 3-piece set with the sizes 0.35 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm. Each has its own advantages: thinner sizes for detailed technical work, thicker sizes for faster writing and sketching.

What makes this mechanical pencil special?
This rotring mechanical pencil has a rubber, ergonomic grip zone that ensures comfortable use during long drawing sessions. The chrome-plated, rigid lead sleeve prevents bending and guarantees precise lines. The metal clip, push button and tip ensure a sturdy construction that can handle professional use.

Colour coding for easy recognition
The mechanical pencil features a colour code that matches the line width, which is handy when you use several mechanical pencils. This helps you quickly identify the right mechanical pencil among your drawing tools. Refill the mechanical pencil with pencil leads of the same thickness when the lead runs out.
