This is why Dex likes this article
With 24 colours, you always have the right shade to hand for your creative projects at the office or at home. The paint dries quickly and can be thinned with water, so you can effortlessly build up layer upon layer.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a comprehensive acrylic paint set?
Acrylic paint based on 100% acrylic resin is ideal for art projects where you want flexibility and speed. This paste-like paint dries quickly and lets you paint over it straight away, which is perfect for layering and corrections. Being water-dilutable means you can create both opaque and transparent effects.
Why choose a set of 24 colours?
This selection gives you all the primary and secondary colours plus essential earth tones. You get two tubes of titanium white because white is the most commonly used mixer for lightening colours. The range from azo yellows to permanent greens means you can mix almost any colour you need without additional purchases.
What does the paste consistency mean for your work?
The paste-like texture means the paint is thicker straight from the tube than watercolour, so you can apply both fine details and expressive thick layers. The satin finish after drying gives your artwork a professional look without the reflection of a high gloss.
Practical tips for optimal use
Always start with the lightest colours and work towards the darker ones, as the paint can easily be overmixed. Store opened tubes tightly sealed to prevent them from drying out. Thanks to its good dilutability with water, you can also use this paint for watercolour techniques by adding more water.
