These fine liners give you the perfect line width for detailed work and technical drawing. The pigment ink is waterproof and does not fade, ideal for important documents and drawings.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These pigment fineliners have been specially developed for precision work where you need thin, sharp lines. You use them for technical drawings, illustrations, hand lettering or detailed work where ordinary felt-tip pens are too coarse. The permanent water-based ink ensures that your work does not bleed or fade.
Why this line-width variation?
The set contains three different line widths: 0.20 mm, 0.30 mm and 0.40 mm. This graduated range gives you the flexibility to work out details with the finest line, draw main lines with the medium width, and add accents with the thickest variant. You have the right thickness at hand straight away without having to buy multiple sets.
Permanent pigment ink means durability
The pigment ink is fundamentally different from ordinary felt-tip ink. It remains permanently black and does not fade under the influence of light. Because the ink is waterproof, you can later work over it with watercolour or other techniques without the lines running. This makes the fineliners suitable for professional work that needs to last.
Practical tip for optimal use
Store the fineliners horizontally to maintain an even ink distribution. The code numbers 005, 02 and 04 on the pens correspond to the line widths of 0.20, 0.30 and 0.40 mm. This universal coding system helps you replenish specific widths when a pen runs out.

Dex knows - user tips
I'm looking for the hazard statements — they weren't included in the product information. Then I'll check whether there is a known usage quirk for fineliners with pigment ink from Talens (such as the Ecoline or Drawing Ink range).
Talens pigment ink fineliners (such as the Talens Art Creation or similar ranges) have a known quirk: the tip can dry out if you don't put the cap back on straight after use, and sometimes you need to move the pen horizontally or gently shake it to get the ink flowing properly again after longer storage.
This is general enough for this type of product to mention, but I don't want to claim anything specific about shaking if I can't pin down the brand/model precisely. The product name "Talens Pigmen" is incomplete — it appears to be a fineliner set, but I'm not sure enough of a specific usage quirk for this exact product. No hazard statements provided.
