When do you need a sketchbook?
A sketchbook is indispensable when you want to draw on the go, capture ideas or practise exercises. This Royal Talens Art Creation sketchbook is specially designed for still life drawings and gives you the freedom to create wherever you are. The compact A5 format fits easily into your bag or backpack.

Why A5 is the ideal format
The A5 format offers the perfect balance between working space and portability. You have enough room for detailed sketches, yet the book remains handy enough to take with you. With 80 sheets, you also have plenty of pages for a long-term project or multiple drawing sessions.

Why 140 g/m² paper makes the difference
The 140 g/m² paper is sturdier than standard drawing paper, so you can work with different materials without the paper bleeding through or tearing. The acid-free paper ensures your drawings won't discolour over time. The fine grain gives just enough texture for good adhesion of pencil, charcoal or other dry media.

Practical details for everyday use
The hardcover with rounded corners protects your work from damage during transport. The elastic strap keeps the sketchbook firmly closed in your bag, while the ribbon marker lets you always know where you left off. These thoughtful details make the difference between an ordinary sketchbook and a professional working tool.
