Protection for hard floors
A chair mat such as the RS Office Ecogrip Heavy prevents scratches, dents and wear on hard floors caused by office chair castors. You need this type of mat if you regularly roll an office chair across parquet, laminate, tiles or other hard surfaces. Without protection, these floors can suffer permanent damage over time.

Why polycarbonate at 2.0 mm thickness
The 2.0 mm polycarbonate material offers an excellent balance between sturdiness and flexibility. This thickness is robust enough to distribute the weight of your chair and body, yet remains supple enough to roll over comfortably. The transparent material ensures your floor remains visible and the interior is not disrupted by a striking colour.

VAB adhesive layer for a stable position
The bottom VAB adhesive layer is specially developed for hard floors and keeps the mat in place without sliding. This adhesive layer works without glue or tape and leaves no residue on your floor. The structured top surface gives the castors of your office chair optimal grip, so you need less effort to move.

Fire safety according to DIN 4102
The material complies with the German DIN 4102 standard for flame retardancy, meaning it is flame-retardant and therefore suitable for office environments. With dimensions of 1500×1200 mm, this mat provides enough space for a standard desk setup and gives you freedom of movement around your workplace.
