When should you choose a pedal bin?
A pedal bin such as the Rubbermaid Slim Jim is ideal for situations where you want to dispose of waste hygienically without touching the lid with your hands. This is especially important in kitchens, bathrooms, medical rooms or workplaces where you often have dirty hands. The pedal allows you to open the bin while, for example, wearing gloves or holding something.

Why choose this rectangular model?
The rectangular shape of this bin makes it space-saving for placement against walls or in corners. With dimensions of 456 x 291 x 718 mm, it fits efficiently into narrow spaces where round bins would be awkward.

Silent and easy to use
The black foot pedal on the wide side opens and closes silently, which is pleasant in quiet workspaces or during meetings. The overlapping lid closes well and keeps odours contained. Thanks to the rounded corners, the bin is easier to clean and dirt is prevented from collecting in sharp corners.

Practical placement and use
The pedal is located on the wide side, so you can place the bin against a wall without the pedal being blocked. The PE construction makes it sturdy and resistant to daily use. When placing it, make sure there is enough space for your foot to comfortably press the pedal.
