This pedal bin closes by itself thanks to the hinged lid construction, so odours stay inside and your office stays tidy. The flame-retardant inner bin gives you extra peace of mind in the workplace.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This pedal bin has been specially developed for environments where fire safety is critical. Thanks to the fire-resistant and self-extinguishing material, discarded cigarette ends or other hot materials will not cause a fire. The pedal mechanism allows you to use the bin hygienically without using your hands.
Why choose this size?
With a 24-litre capacity, this bin is ideal for medium-sized offices, workshops or catering kitchens where waste is generated regularly but where you don't want to place a large container. The compact footprint of 305 x 305 mm fits easily between workstations or next to equipment without obstructing the walkway.
Fire-resistant properties in practice
What makes this bin special is the fire-resistant and self-extinguishing plastic material of the inner bin. This means that cigarette ends, hot ash or warm components are automatically extinguished rather than continuing to smoulder. The stainless steel exterior is resistant to heat and protects against sparks from outside.
Practical usage tip
The piano hinge ensures smooth operation of the lid and lasts much longer than ordinary hinges. The self-closing function keeps odours contained and prevents the contents from being visible. Place the bin on a stable surface because of its height of 584 mm, so the pedal remains easily accessible to all users.
