When do you need a 0.2 mm fineliner?
This SAKURA PIGMA MICRON 005 fineliner is ideal for detailed work where you need precision. The 0.2 mm line width produces thin, exact strokes that are perfect for technical drawing, illustrations and detailed sketches. You choose this width when regular pens are too thick but you still want to keep sufficient visibility.

Why permanent pigment ink is the right choice
This fineliner contains permanent ink that is colourfast, waterproof and lightfast. This means your drawings and notes will not fade due to sunlight or humidity. The pigment ink bonds permanently to the paper, so your work stays bright blue for years without discolouring or running when in contact with water.

Fine tip for professional drawing work
The fine tip of this fineliner makes it suitable for both drawing and illustration. You get a consistent ink flow without the tip wearing down quickly, which is essential for longer drawing projects. The tip keeps its shape well, even with intensive use on various paper types.

Practical tip for use
This SAKURA fineliner works best on smooth paper for optimal line quality. Store the pen horizontally and make sure the cap is firmly closed to prevent it from drying out. The blue colour is practical for sketches where you want to add changes later in other colours, as blue contrasts well with pencil lines.
