What does this fineliner do?
The SAKURA PIGMA MICRON 01 is a professional fineliner specially developed for precision work such as drawing and illustrating. With its permanent ink, you produce detailed work that resists fading. You use this pen when you need thin, consistent lines for technical drawings, illustrations or graphic work.

Why choose the 0.25 mm thickness?
This fineliner has a line width of 0.25 mm, allowing you to capture very fine details without the lines becoming too thick. The fine tip gives you the control needed for precise outlines, shading or small lettering. It is the ideal thickness for detailed work where thinner lines would be too weak and thicker lines too dominant.

Permanent ink that really stays put
The ink in this fineliner is permanent and resistant to water, light and colour fading. This means your drawings won't fade when exposed to light or moisture. The colour fastness ensures that your red lines keep their intensity, even after a long time. You don't need to worry about bleeding when you later work over your drawing with other materials.

Practical tip for optimal use
Store the fineliner horizontally with the cap tightly closed to prevent it from drying out. Always test first on a scrap piece of paper to check that the ink flow is even before starting on your final work. The fine tip is sensitive, so avoid applying too much pressure while drawing.
