What does this fineliner do and when do you need it?
The SAKURA PIGMA MICRON 01 is a fineliner specially developed for drawing and illustration. You need this pen when you want precise lines for technical drawings, illustrations, manga, calligraphy or detailed work. The permanent ink ensures that your work does not fade over time or under changing conditions.

Why choose the 0.25 mm thickness?
With a line width of 0.25 mm, this fineliner falls into the category of fine pens. This thickness is ideal when you are making detailed drawings where precision matters, but you still want sufficient line thickness for good visibility. The 0.25 mm variant offers the perfect balance between detail and legibility.

Benefits of the permanent and lightfast ink
The ink in this fineliner is permanent, colourfast, waterproof and lightfast. This means your drawings will not fade under the influence of sunlight and will not run when they become damp. Your work stays clear and sharp for years, even in changing conditions. These properties make the pen suitable for archiving and professional use.

Practical tip for optimal use
Store the fineliner horizontally with the cap firmly closed to prevent it from drying out. Always test first on a scrap piece of material to check that the ink does not bleed through, especially on thin paper. The fine 0.25 mm tip can be damaged by too much pressure, so handle the pen with a light touch for the best results.
