What does this fineliner do and when do you need it?
The SAKURA PIGMA MICRON 03 is a professional fineliner specially developed for drawing and illustration. You use this pen when you need precision for detailed work, technical drawings, illustrations or graphic work where permanent lines are required.

Why is the 0.35 mm line width the right choice?
With a line width of 0.35 mm, this fineliner sits in the middle segment of the PIGMA MICRON range. This width gives you a perfect balance between detail and visibility. You can use it to draw fine details as well as write clearly legible text and create outlines.

Permanent ink with superior lightfastness
The permanent ink of this fineliner is colourfast, waterproof and lightfast. This means your drawings and illustrations retain their colour intensity, even after prolonged exposure to light. The ink does not fade when exposed to water and remains permanently bonded to the paper, which is essential for archiving or presentations.

Practical tip for optimal use
This fineliner has a fine tip specifically designed for drawing and illustration work. Store the pen horizontally to maintain an even ink flow and make sure the cap is firmly secured to prevent drying out. Thanks to its permanent properties, this pen is suitable for combining with watercolour and other wet techniques.
