What does this fineliner do, and when do you need it?
The SAKURA PIGMA MICRON fineliner has been specially developed for drawing and illustrating where precision matters. You use this pen when you want to create detailed work that stays beautiful over time, such as technical drawings, illustrations, manga, zentangles or other art projects where permanent lines are essential.

Why choose the 0.5 mm thickness?
The 0.5 mm line width of this MICRON 08 variant gives you the perfect balance between detail and visibility. This thickness is ideal for medium-sized details and general drawing work, where you draw neither too thin nor too thick. You can create fine details with it as well as set slightly broader accents.

Permanent ink that really lasts
The ink in this fineliner is permanent, lightfast, waterproof and colourfast, which means your drawings won't fade, run when in contact with water or discolour in sunlight. These properties make the pen reliable for work you want to keep for a long time or that is exposed to different conditions.

Practical tip for use
The fine tip is specially made for drawing and illustrating, so handle it carefully to avoid damaging the nib. Store the pen horizontally and make sure the cap fits tightly to prevent it from drying out. Thanks to its permanent properties, you can also use this fineliner in combination with watercolour or other techniques where the underlying lines need to stay intact.
