What does this chalk marker do?
This SAKURA wax-based chalk marker is designed for marking and writing on a range of surfaces where ordinary markers are unsuitable. Use this type of marker when you want clear, opaque lines that resist light and water. The wax base gives it a unique composition that behaves differently from traditional felt-tip pens.

Why choose a 15 mm width?
With a diameter of 15 mm, you get broad, eye-catching strokes that are easy to see from a distance. This width is ideal when you need to mark large surfaces or require clear signage. The 125 mm length sits comfortably in the hand and offers enough grip for precise work despite the broad tip.

Opaque and weather-resistant properties
The marker is opaque, meaning the black colour covers fully without showing through from the underlying surface. Thanks to its lightfast properties, the colour does not fade quickly when exposed to sunlight. Its waterproof quality ensures your markings withstand moisture and will not wash off on contact with water.

Practical application
This wax-based marker works excellently on smooth surfaces such as plastic, metal and coated materials, where other markers do not adhere. Please note: not suitable for wet glass. Make sure to close the marker properly after use to prevent it from drying out. Always test first in an inconspicuous spot, especially on delicate materials, to check that the marking can later be removed completely.
