When do you need a fitness mat?
A fitness mat is indispensable for floor exercises such as stretching, gymnastics and aerobics. You need this mat when you want to exercise at home without hard floors putting strain on your joints or causing you to slip during exercises. The mat provides the right surface for moving safely and comfortably.

Why choose this size and this thickness?
With dimensions of 61×185 cm, this mat offers enough space for most fitness exercises without taking up too much room in your home. The thickness of 10 mm gives you exactly the right balance between comfort for your joints and stability during balance exercises. You are not too far from the ground, yet you still have sufficient cushioning.

Advantages of the synthetic rubber material
The strong synthetic rubber from which this mat is made has the key feature of being completely non-slip. This means you won't slide across the floor during intensive movements. The material is also sweat-resistant, so moisture does not soak into the mat and it stays hygienic during use.

Practical in maintenance and transport
Because it is washable, you can easily keep the mat clean with a damp cloth after use. The supplied carrying system makes transport to the gym or storage in a cupboard very convenient. You can roll the mat up compactly and take it anywhere without fuss.
