Need a quick break during your working day? These soft dumbbells with comfortable foam grips and adjustable wrist straps are perfect for using in between tasks at the office. Compact, lightweight and including a handy carry bag.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need soft dumbbells?
Soft dumbbells are ideal for aerobic workouts, home fitness exercises and light strength training. Use them to strengthen your arms, shoulders and upper body during cardio exercises or as part of a complete workout routine. These dumbbells are perfect for beginners or when you want to focus on repetition and technique rather than heavy loading.
Why choose this variant?
The light weight makes this set suitable for long-duration exercises without tiring you out quickly. This is ideal for aerobic classes, rehabilitation exercises or if you're just starting out with weight training. You can sustain longer sessions and focus on correct movements and cardio benefits.
Practical comfort with a foam grip
The foam handle provides a comfortable grip during your workout, even when your hands get sweaty. This prevents blisters and makes longer training sessions more pleasant. The handles sit comfortably in your hand and don't slip out during dynamic movements.
Easy storage and transport
This set comes with a practical carry bag, so you can easily store or take the dumbbells to the gym or an outdoor workout. The adjustable handle loops offer extra grip security during more intense exercises. You receive 2 dumbbells in this package, so you can train both arms at the same time for a balanced workout.
