Need to exercise between work? This hula hoop assembles in seconds with the handy click system, and the ridged inner surface also gives you a pleasant massage effect while moving.
When do you choose this product?
What does a hula hoop do and when do you need one?
A fitness hula hoop is a training device that strengthens your core muscles and burns calories through hip movements. You need this variant when you want to train effectively at home or in the office without taking up much space, and when you want a complete workout that improves both your fitness and muscle strength.
Why choose this size and weight?
With a diameter of 1,000 mm and a weight of 1.2 kg, this hula hoop sits in the middle range in terms of weight. The weight of 1.2 kg gives the hoop enough momentum to keep spinning steadily around your waist, but it is not so heavy that beginners will struggle with it straight away.
The massage effect from the wavy inner surface
The wave-shaped inner surface of this hula hoop gives a massaging sensation during use. This means that while you train, you simultaneously stimulate your muscles through the wavy structure that makes contact with your body. The effect can help activate your abdominal muscles and contribute to a more intensive workout.
Practical assembly in six parts
This hula hoop is delivered in six separate parts, which you connect to each other with a simple click system. This makes storage much more compact – you can take the parts apart and keep them in a cupboard or under a bed. Assembly is quick and requires no tools, so you are flexible about where you store and use the hoop.
