When do you need a fitness mat?
A fitness mat is used for gymnastics, aerobics and stretching exercises where you need comfort and grip on the floor. This mat provides the necessary support for your joints and prevents you from slipping during your workout. Whether you exercise at home or in the gym, a good mat makes the difference between a pleasant and an uncomfortable training session.

Why choose this size of 61×185 cm?
With dimensions of 61×185 cm, this mat offers enough space for most fitness exercises without taking up unnecessarily much floor area. The size is practical for both standing exercises and lying movements such as sit-ups and stretches. You have enough length to lie down fully, and the width provides stability during sideways movements.

The benefits of 10 mm thickness
The 10 mm thickness of synthetic rubber ensures optimal cushioning for your joints without the mat becoming too soft for stable exercises. The synthetic rubber material is strong and provides a non-slip surface, even when you perspire. Thanks to its water-repellent properties, the surface stays dry and you can train safely.

Practical use and maintenance
This mat is easy to keep clean thanks to its washable surface – simply wipe it with a damp cloth after use. The included carrying system makes transport to the gym or storage at home very easy. The pink colour makes the mat stand out well, which is handy in busy exercise areas.
