What are chalk markers and when do you use them?
Chalk markers are special markers used for writing on non-porous surfaces such as blackboards, whiteboards, windows and mirrors. You need them when ordinary chalk is too dusty or when you want a neater, more professional look. These markers are ideal for restaurant menus, announcements on windows or presentations on boards.

Why choose the round tip variant?
These chalk markers have a round tip that produces a line width of 1-2mm. This makes them perfect for regular text and drawings where you want a consistent, medium line width. The round tip is more versatile than flat or extra-fine tips, as you can write details as well as make filling strokes.

Why are these markers weather-resistant?
The formula of these Securit chalk markers resists wiping off, fading and light rain. This means your text won't disappear in damp conditions or if accidentally touched. This feature makes them particularly suitable for use on shop or restaurant windows, where they may be exposed to weather conditions or frequent contact.

Practical tip for use
You receive 4 white markers in a blister pack, which is handy for stock or sharing with colleagues. White chalk markers work best on dark backgrounds such as black blackboards or dark windows. Always test first on a small section of the surface to check that the marker wipes off cleanly from the specific material you want to use.
