This is why Dex likes this article
This Sharpie marker writes on virtually any surface and dries in a flash. The light- and waterproof ink keeps your markings visible for a long time, perfect for labels and documents.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a permanent marker?
A permanent marker is what you use when you want to apply text or markings that must stay put for a long time. Unlike ordinary felt-tip pens, this marker writes on virtually all surfaces, and the text won't disappear through water or light. This makes it indispensable for labelling boxes, marking materials in workshops, or making durable notes on plastic and metal.
Why choose the 2.0 mm round tip?
The 2.0 mm tip gives you a clearly visible line that is perfect for general use. It is thick enough to write easily legible text, yet not so broad that you can't add fine details. The round tip ensures an even line width, regardless of the angle at which you write.
Durability and reliability
This Sharpie marker contains lightfast and waterproof ink, which means your markings won't fade in the sun or wash away in the rain. The auslaufsicherheitssystem prevents the ink from leaking unintentionally, even if you accidentally drop the marker. The quick-drying formula means you can carry on working straight away without smudging.
Safe use on all surfaces
You can use this marker on almost any material: cardboard, plastic, metal, glass and wood. The ink contains no xylene or toluene, which means it is safer to use than many other permanent markers. Do note, however, that permanent ink is difficult to remove from porous surfaces such as untreated wood or textiles.

Dex knows - user tips
Sharpie markers write on almost all surfaces, but let the ink dry thoroughly before you touch the surface — this way you prevent smudging.
