Extend your network connection without loss of speed with this Cat. 8.1 patch cable. Thanks to double shielding and 40 Gbit/s bandwidth, you enjoy a super-fast, stable connection, even with heavy data traffic.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A Cat. 8.1 patch cable extension is used to extend existing network cables without loss of performance. This is handy when your network connection is just too short to reach your device, for example when connecting a router to a device that is further away.
Why Cat. 8.1 is the right choice
This Cat. 8.1 specification supports speeds up to 40 Gbit/s and a bandwidth of 2,000 MHz. This makes the cable suitable for future-proof network installations and professional environments where very high data transfer is required. The 3.0 metre length offers sufficient flexibility for most extension situations.
Double shielding for stable connections
The S/FTP construction means that this cable is 2-fold shielded, which effectively keeps out electromagnetic interference. The copper cores ensure reliable signal transmission. The LSZH material produces less smoke and toxic gases when heated, which is important in office environments.
Practical details for durable use
The moulded plugs and the knickschutz (strain relief) system protect against damage during frequent use. The rastnasenschutz (latch protection) prevents the click connection from breaking. With a cable diameter of 6 mm, this is a robust bulk cable that can withstand daily use. Connect the RJ-45 plug to your existing cable and insert the other end (RJ45 socket) into your device.
