When do you need a short network cable?
This shiverpeaks BASIC-S network cable of 0.3 metres is ideal for short connections in your office or home workspace. Use it when you want to connect devices that are close together, such as a computer with a switch, router or modem that sit on the same desk. Thanks to its short length, you avoid unnecessary cable clutter and keep your workspace tidy.

Why choose Cat. 6 U/UTP?
This Cat. 6 cable offers a data transfer speed of up to 1 Gbit per second, which is sufficient for all common office and internet applications. The U/UTP (unshielded) design is perfect for normal office environments where there is no extreme electromagnetic interference. For standard network connections, this type of cable offers an excellent price-performance ratio.

Reliable connection thanks to gold-plated contacts
The gold-plated contacts of the RJ45 plugs ensure a stable and corrosion-resistant connection. This means you are less likely to experience connection problems caused by oxidation or wear, which is especially important when devices are frequently connected and disconnected. The blue colour of the plugs makes it easy to tell this cable apart from other connections.

Practical tip for use
With a diameter of 3.5 mm, this cable is relatively thin and flexible, so it is easy to route behind furniture or through cable trays. Please note that both devices you are connecting must have Ethernet ports. This cable works with all standard network equipment, such as computers, switches, routers and printers with network functionality.
