When do you need a Cat. 7 network cable?
A Cat. 7 network cable is used to connect network equipment such as computers, switches, routers or NAS systems. This cable is ideal when you need a stable network connection with support for high data speeds. The 1.5 metre length makes it perfect for short distances, for example between your computer and router or between network equipment in a small setup.

Cat. 7 core cable for reliable performance
This shiverpeaks cable contains Cat. 7 core cable with AWG 26/7 copper mix for reliable data transmission. The EIA/TIA 568B standard guarantees optimal compatibility with modern network equipment and network devices.

Durability through gold-plated contacts and protection
The gold-plated pins prevent corrosion and ensure a stable connection over a long period of time. Important is the knick and rastnasenschutz: this protection prevents the vulnerable clip connections from breaking when plugging and unplugging. The moulded plugs make the cable sturdier than cables with loose connectors.

Practical details for use
With a cable diameter of approximately 5.4 mm and a green PVC sheath, this cable is easy to recognise in your network setup. Please note that the cable is suitable for standard RJ45 ports on your equipment. The green colour helps with organising different connections in a network patch or with distinguishing between different network functions.
