This coupler protects your network connection against weather and wind, thanks to its IP67 housing and robust nylon. It works flawlessly at extreme temperatures from -40 to +105 degrees, so you can count on a stable connection outdoors too.
When do you choose this product?
What does this patch cable coupler do?
This coupler connects two RJ45 patch cables together to extend your network. You need it when a single cable is too short to bridge the desired distance, or when you want to repair a damaged cable by cutting out the faulty section.
Why choose Cat. 6A quality?
Cat. 6A supports higher data speeds and frequencies than standard Cat. 5e or Cat. 6 cables. This coupler maintains these capabilities thanks to the gold-plated contacts and STP shielding, so you experience no loss of signal strength or speed in your network connection.
Built to withstand extreme conditions
The IP67 rating means this coupler is fully dust-tight and waterproof. The Nylon PA 66 material withstands temperatures from -40 to +105 degrees Celsius. These robust properties make it suitable for outdoor use, damp areas or industrial environments where ordinary couplers would fail.
Practical installation tip
This coupler accepts cables with a diameter of 3 to 8 mm, which covers most standard patch cables. When using it outdoors, be sure to check the seal carefully after fitting – make sure the cable is firmly secured in the cable gland to maintain the IP67 protection. The black/orange colour coding helps you identify outdoor connections in your network layout.
