Robust patch cable with a polyurethane sheath that withstands intensive use. The shielding ensures stable connections up to 10 Gbit/s, perfect for professional networks.
When do you choose this product?
What does a Cat. 7 patch cable do?
A patch cable connects network components such as computers, switches and routers to one another. You need this product when you want to create a reliable network connection suitable for fast data transmission. This Cat. 7 cable supports bandwidth of up to 10 Gbit/s, making it suitable for modern network environments with high demands.
Why choose this 0.5 metre length?
The short length of 0.5 metres makes this cable ideal for connections over short distances. You could use it, for example, to connect devices in a server rack, or to connect a computer to a nearby switch. The compact length prevents unnecessary cable clutter that creates a mess and can potentially cause signal loss.
Benefits of the polyurethane cable sheath
This patch cable has a polyurethane cable sheath, which makes it more flexible and durable than standard PVC cables. The polyurethane material is halogen-free, which is important for safety in office environments. The shielded design provides optimal protection against electromagnetic interference, essential for stable network connections.
Compatibility and connection
The cable is fitted with gold-plated, shielded RJ45 connectors at both ends and follows the EIA/TIA 568B standard. This means it is compatible with all standard network ports. You can use it straight away without any additional configuration, and the gold-plated connectors ensure a stable connection that won't come loose.
