What does this product do, and when do you need it?

The sigel Schreibunterlage 'Protect' is a paper desk pad that protects your desktop while also giving you space to make notes, jottings or calculations directly on your desk. It is ideal if you want a large work surface on which you can quickly jot things down without reaching for a separate notepad each time.

Why this format is the right choice

Measuring 595 x 410 mm, this pad covers a good part of your desk, which is handy if you need room for documents or a keyboard alongside a monitor. The pad consists of 40 sheets of 80 g/m², giving you a firm writing surface without the paper sagging or tearing straight away.

A candid note on the built-in calendar

Each page contains a 2-year calendar with a day and week overview, so you can see at a glance which day or week you are in without consulting a separate diary. The calendar is available in four languages — German, English, French and Dutch — which also makes this pad suitable for international working environments or offices where several languages are commonly used.

Practical tip on use

The sheets are glued along the bottom edge and fitted with a black plastic protective strip, so the pad lies steadily on your desk and the edge does not curl or get damaged during use. If you need to replace a sheet, simply tear it off neatly at the bottom. Keep used sheets aside if you want to refer back to notes you have made, as the pages are not perforated for ring binder use.
