What are carbonless forms and when do you need them?
Carbonless forms are special paper that automatically creates copies on the sheets underneath through the pressure of a pen or pencil. You need them when you want to make multiple copies of handwritten documents such as invoices, receipts or order forms directly, without using a photocopier.

Why choose this 3-part A4 format?
With this 3-part system, you create three identical copies of every document you write at the same time. The A4 format offers enough space for extensive forms and fits standard ring binders. The dimensions of 240 mm × 12 inch make it suitable both for manual processing and for use in continuous form printers.

How does the self-copying system work?
The carbonless system works without carbon paper thanks to a special coating on the paper. The different paper weights (60/53/57 g/m²) ensure that the pressure is optimally transferred from the first sheet to the second and third. The blank design gives you the freedom to use your own form layout.

Practical tip for use and storage
The tear-off perforation along the side allows the paper to be used in tractor-feed printers, or the perforated strip can be torn off after filling in for a neat finish. Store the pack of 600 sheets in a dry place and avoid bending it to preserve the carbonless function.
