What is a self-copying form book?
A self-copying form book such as this Sigel Kurzmitteilung model is ideal when you want to duplicate handwritten messages directly. This form book is specifically designed as a cover letter for consignments, so you automatically keep a copy for your own records. The 1/3 A4 landscape format is compact and practical for short notices.

Why choose this specific landscape format?
The 1/3 A4 landscape format is perfectly suited to standard DIN long envelopes with a window. The address field on the form falls exactly in the right place for the envelope window, so you don't need separate address labels. This saves time when sending documents and gives your correspondence a professional appearance.

How does the self-copying system work?
The form book contains 2 x 40 sheets, meaning each set consists of two sheets that transfer writing automatically. When you write on the top sheet, the same text appears directly on the sheet underneath thanks to the self-copying layer. This gives you a copy for your own archive straight away, with no extra steps.

Practical usage tips
Each sheet has micro-perforation for easy tearing off and punched holes for direct storage in a ring binder. The book includes an integrated writing base that you can fold in, so you always have a firm surface to write on. This prevents impressions on the sheets below and ensures a neat writing quality.
